Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much are you an hour ?

A: Every occasion is different. I customize my rates to accommodate your situation. My price includes a " 100% Guarantee " which seems to be rather "unique" in my industry.

Q: What is in your wedding package ?

A: I wear a tuxedo to your formal event. "Just Married" and other assorted magnets are put on the limousine while you are having your service. A 3'x 9' red carpet will be use for a classy exit from ceremony and outside photos.

Q: I have never rented a limousine before, what do I need to know ?

A: 1. Make sure their permitted in Hillsborough County. 2. Verify their drivers have the proper license to drive the public around. To insure your safety, I come with experience in the transportation services industry and  have a Hillsborough County Public Driver's License. That means I have been photographed, fingerprinted, and  have gone through a complete background check issued by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. 3. Referrals are very good and can save you a lot of trouble. 4. If you pick the cheapest service out there, your just setting yourself up for disappointment. What these low-rate services like to do is called DOUBLE DIPPING. They give you a low price to get your business and when you're inside at dinner, sporting event, concert, dance or anything with some length of time, they go pick up the other people they sold cheap business to and  now you are sharing your limo and everything you brought with people you don't even know. How would that feel?  5. Any establishment that price undercuts another service is untrustworthy. 6. Those same services will sub-contract out your business to someone else you don't know, haven't spoken too, and are clueless as to what kind of vehicles they have. The reason, they have found higher hourly rate work after booking your cheaper reservation. Before they toss your business to the next guy who needs it , those services take a percentage from your deal right off the top. This happens every week of every year. 7. Go look at some vehicles and educate yourself. This is very important because some establishments practice deceiving the public and like to look bigger than they really are. They use pictures of limos on their websites they don't even have or the picture could be their rich friend's limo (usually a Hummer or SUV stretch) which they rent-out when not being used, and may or may not be properly insured or licensed, or they use their buddy's limo picture who also has a so-so service in  the area and need each other to make it. Beware of characters who show-off their fleet using stock photos. The cookie-cutter pictures must look better than their actual limos or they may not have the vehicle at all ! 8. Hustlers don't like listing their hourly rates and some of these predators fight to be at or near the top of every major media's online search engine's first page. Their philosophy is Turn and Burn. Meaning, you're just a number to them. They like specializing in first or one-time naive customers.  9. Last but not least, let your gut feeling do the thinking for you and don't allow price undercutting or cheap prices influence your decision.

Q: What is the permit for and how will I know if they have one?

A: Any limousine service in Hillsborough County must have a permit.  This is very lengthy process and certificates are not just given to everybody.  Look for the silver sticker on the rear window of the vehicle.  As owners, we are thoroughly checked and govern by the Hillsborough County Public Transportation Commission.  Do not do business with illegal services breaking the law. If you want to inquire about a permit or file a complaint on any limousine service call the HCPTC @ (813)272-5814

Q: Can I trust that your stretched limousine is nice ?

A: When I purchased this stretch limo in 2002, it was  new and have "babied" it ever since. I have spent countless hours trying to make it "one of a kind". Not many people can say this in my field but it looks better today, both inside and out , than the day I bought it. No one drives  this "pride and joy" vehicle but me. "It's so clean"; you could eat off the engine block. Now, compare my stretch to  most of the other limos in my 120" class that have had multiple drivers who don't own and  they tend to dog their employer's limo from the inside-out. This stretch is made from the very best limousine coachbuilder in the industry today and has a factory QVM rating.  (Quality Vehicle Modifier) that means the modification from the ground up, meets or exceeds all Ford/Lincoln factory specifications and safety requirements needed for that vehicle's capacity. This limousine and sedan are meticulously serviced inside & out on a weekly basis. Both vehicles are not used for airport service, have low mileage, and are in "showroom condition". By the way, the year of limo is irrelevant. Some have one to three year old limousines and use them for everything under the sun. They look o.k. on the outside from about 20ft. and once you get in things look very used with maybe a slight tinge in the air. Best rate services don't believe in well-made stretches or maintaining their equipment properly.

Q:  I was told it is better to rent from a company that has a lot of limousines, is that true?

A: In this case, bigger may not be better ! There are legitimate bigger services that are o.k., but some of these so-called larger fleets think they are the finest or the very best, but in reality these are the ones you need to watch-out for. They use any tactic mentioned  in the "never-rented a limo before" question. These guys must be embarrassed or ashamed  to list their names on their websites and wouldn't dare use a picture of their mug to identify there business. I wonder why? Maybe living for today?  I "choose" to be a small personalized limousine company and take the slower approach by building my business with "honesty". This owner/operator cares about quality and the slick so-called larger establishments love QUANTITY !

Q: Can you pick me up and drop me off, then come back later when it's over and take me back home ?

A: Any company that promises to do that kind of work has made that promise to others at the same time. Tardiness is what to expect from start to finish with lengthy wait times. You are not going to get punctual service your wanting. Those companies don't care about you, just themselves. It's always better to reserve a specified amount of time.  I reduce the hourly rate to compensate for these special events.
